A beautiful mantra meditation I learned from my teacher, Sally Kempton. Get inside your heart and listen. Take care of Yourself!
Partake in the process of
authentic transformation:
Start with what makes you smile.
Everything in the world that you LOVE.
Do you get enough of it?
Everything in the world that you LOVE.
Do you get enough of it?
Next, reflect on what you put into your body.
Try listening to your heart... what does it tell you?
Are you listening to it? Listen to it.
Chant this simple sanskrit mantra to your heart, 11x, kreem, hOMe, hreem
A mantra, mind (man) tool (tra), can deflect your thoughts from the natural tendency to whirl around with vritti or chatter. Repeating these sounds in sanskrit will instill peace and quiet within.
The stillness and calm will help you listen with the ear inside your heart, so you can hear what your gut is telling you (about all that you are taking in and processing) and you will then, by being attentive, be more able to abide by your innate wisest self.
Focus on your heart. On the white light of your heart.
Repeat these one syllable mantras to your self or softly aloud with each inhale.
Krim, Krim, Krim, Krim
with each inhale, say Krim
Krim, Krim, Krim, Krim
hOMe, hOMe, hOMe, hOMe
with each inhale, say hOMe
hOMe, hOMe, hOMe, hOMe
Hreem, Hreem, Hreem
with each inhale, say Hreem
Hreem, Hreem, Hreem
with inhale
Krim
with exhale
hOMe
with inhale
Hreem
with exhale
Krim
with inhale
hOMe
with exhale
Hreem
with inhale
Krim
with exhale
hOMe
with inhale
Hreem
repeat one last time
for four rounds of this beautiful chant.
Sit with your self, in your heart.
Now smile.
