hOMnaturale: Martha's Vineyard, MA & Wakefield, RI, Southern New England; I've lived in Martha's Vineyard since Aug. 2015, & native to Rhode Island, I am a New England Transcendentalist at heart, yet have lived in VT, AZ, NM, CA & OR. I'm grateful to my mentors, & experiences: from teaching on the Navajo Rez & in surreal Sedona, AZ, to living on an 85 acre medicinal herb pharm in OR, to visiting Maca farmers in the highlands of Peru, & & Shippipo Indians wild harvesting Una de Gato in the Amazon. I've traveled thru Central America, Europe & Southeast Asia, & yet my greatest adventure has been raising my son mostly solo. Shane has been spending his middle school years with his father, in the Mendonoma, CA Redwoods, yet will be back for High School in NE. He has an interesting bi-coastal hOMe, but to live in different places is never easy without each other. Raising a child with a friend is tough- holding onto the friendship is even tougher. Our relationships matter more than anything in life, with ourselves, each other and nature. Practicing & teaching yoga is my lifeline; nature, writing and photography are my refuge. I work and volunteer in my communities, spreading the virtues of an interconnected, healthy lifestyle.
